The schedule is posted on the bulletin board in the terminal building. You may also make your requested at the Osceola Village Office. Q: Is water and sewer available? A: Water and sewer are allowed in the lease; however, contact the Polk County Zoning at 715.485.9279 for specifications. Q: What permits are required? A: Contact Cliff Manwiller 715.268.9233 to inquire about permits. Q: Can I put a phone in my hangar? A: Cellular service has increased considerably in the Osceola area; however, if you would prefer telephone service to your hangar, you may contact the phone company at 800.872.4016. Q: What does a hangar lot cost to lease? A: Hangar leases are $0.07 / sq. ft. Example: Average lot size is 70' x 80' = $392.00 / year. |
